To ensure a smooth resolution process, customers must record a continuous, uninterrupted unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.

The video should clearly show:

• The shipping label on the package.
• The package being opened.
• The product received inside.
• Any defect, damage, missing item, or issue being reported.

Claims regarding damaged, incorrect, missing, or defective products cannot be processed without a complete unboxing video.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
• Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or tampering.
• Customized or personalized jewelry.
• Products returned without original packaging or invoice.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:
